Police Seek Public Assistance For Person Unlawfully At Large

The Saint John Police Force is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of his statutory release.

On Saturday, September 18, 2021, at approximately 10:15 p.m. officers were notified that Winton Saulis failed to abide by his statutory release conditions. It was reported that:

-Saulis failed to return to his designated residence, Community Correctional Centre.

Saulis was last seen wearing a black hoody, red shirt, black pants and black shoes and may be in the Kingsclear area. Saulis is described as 5’6” with black hair, brown eyes and weighing 158lbs.

The 32-year-old is serving a 52-month sentence for assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats.
