Proposed Municipal Plan Amendment Re: 1210 Loch Lomond Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Municipal Development Plan that would:

  1. Redesignate on Schedule A of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate area of 15,578 square metres, located at 1210 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as a portion of PID Number 55008593, from Urban Reserve to Stable Area, as illustrated below;
  2. Redesignate on Schedule B of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate area of 15,578 square metres, located at 1210 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as a portion of PID Number 55008593, from Urban Reserve to Stable Commercial, as illustrated below;

A public presentation of the proposed amendment will take place at a regular meeting of Common Council, to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall with a remote participation option on Monday, April 19, 2021.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the development of Multiple Dwellings.

Written objections to the proposed amendment may be made to the Council, in care of the undersigned, by May 19, 2021.

Enquiries may be made at the office of the Common Clerk and Growth and Community Development Services, City Hall, 15 Market Square, Saint John, N.B. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays excepted.
