New Brunswick's Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act allows you to access information held by the Saint John Police Force. This includes records containing your personal information. The Saint John Police Force is required to respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it. If your request is complex it may take longer, but you will be informed of this within the 30 days.
Information may be withheld if the release would be an invasion of privacy or cause harm. Only in exceptional situations can you get access to someone else’s personal information.
