Have you contacted the City of Saint John Customer Service Centre since October 2022? If so, we want to hear from you!

The City of Saint John is seeking feedback from residents about their experience with the Customer Service Centre since the launch of the four-day compressed work week in October 2022.

A survey has been launched on our public engagement website, Shape Your City Saint John and will be open for feedback until Monday, June 26. This short, four-question survey is anonymous and will be used to help form future Customer Service strategies.
