Open for business: One-Stop Development Shop continues to serve the community through interim processes

The City's One-Stop Development Shop has developed a manual process to support the delivery of services at this time, and until our systems are fully functional. This includes the processing of all current and new building and development permits and payments.

Customers are asked to contact the One-Stop Development Shop by calling the Saint John Customer Service Centre to receive a status update if they have made an application within the last two months. For active permits and scheduled inspections, we ask that you reach out to your assigned building inspector or Customer Service. New applications can be made in-person from City Hall, 15 Market Square. All payments are being accepted in the form of cash or cheque only.
