Proposed Amendment to the Zoning By-Law of The City of Saint John RE: Public Hearing

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The Zoning By-law of The City of Saint John (By-law Number C.P. 111) at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.

The amendment affects the Medium Industrial (IM) zone by:

• Removing Scrap or Salvage Yard from the list of Permitted Uses within the Medium Industrial (IM) zone.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
