Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE: 1461 Loch Lomond Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending Section 59 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday October 3, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the January 4, 2005, rezoning of a parcel of land, located at 1461 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as PID 55169114, to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To amend the conditions that limit the scope of the development.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
