Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: Excavation and Filling of Land

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by:

 

  1. Adopting amended provisions related to the excavation and filling of land by public utilities and government agencies.

 

 

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit government agencies to excavate and fill land.

 

For details on how to inspect the amendment, or to register to participate, please contact the Office of the Common Clerk at CommonClerk@saintjohn.ca. Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council. To register for participation in the hearing, please contact the City Clerk’s Office in advance at commonclerk@saintjohn.ca

 

Written objections to the amendment may be sent to the undersigned at City Hall.
