Renovations in City of Saint John Customer Service Centre

The City of Saint John wishes to notify the public that commencing Monday, January 8, 2024, necessary renovations are being completed in the Customer Service Centre.  Due to the renovations, the two desks closest to the front doors of City Hall will be closed until mid-February.

The Customer Service Centre will remain open during the renovations.  The public is asked to proceed to the One Stop Development Shop counter for assistance.

The City is committed to providing an enhanced customer support experience for those who live and do business in the city. Our customer service teams are the link between the community and the services the City provides.
