REZONING: 3277 Westfield Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to amend Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, August 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Rezone a piece of land having an area of approximately 3,471 square metres, located at 3277 Westfield Road, also identified as PID 00295048 from Rural Settlement (RS) to Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN)

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To align the zoning of the existing special care facility with an appropriate zone.

For details on how to inspect the amendment, or to register to participate, please contact the Office of the City Clerk at CityClerk@saintjohn.ca. Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
