Rezoning RE: 15 O’Brien Street

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to amend Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by: 

1. Rezoning the property 15 O’Brien, also identified as PID 00415711, from General Commercial (CG) to Two-Unit Residential (R2).

   REASON FOR CHANGE: 

   To align the zoning with the existing duplex.
