Rezoning RE: 435 Woodward Avenue

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to amend Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by: 

1. Rezoning the property 435 Woodward Avenue, also identified as PID 00049916, from Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM).

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To permit the construction of two 10-unit buildings.
