The City sign will be lit in recognition of World Down Syndrome Day in blue and yellow.
Blue and yellow are the official colors associated with Down syndrome awareness, symbolizing support, acceptance, and hope for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. March 21st was chosen globally because it represents the presence of three copies of the 21st chromosome.
