

The City of Saint John is proud to host a spectacular Canada Day celebration on July 1 with a lineup of free, family-friendly events, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
In partnership with AREA 506, the City will present the fourth annual Canada Day Waterfront Festival, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Ihtoli-Maqahamok – The Gathering Space and the Container Village at 85 Water Street, with doors to the container village opening at 11:00 a.m. Both locations, just a short walk apart, will feature a full lineup of activities and entertainment, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees who want to enjoy everything the festival has to offer.
