Parking changes Rainbow Park

Alternate side parking changes for St. James Street, Sydney Street and Charlotte Street effective June 25, 2025

Due to construction, effective June 25, 2025, alternate side parking rules will be suspended on the following portions of the streets: Charlotte Street (between St. James Street and Ross Street), St. James Street (between Charlotte Street and Sydney Street), and Sydney Street (between St. James Street and Britain Street).

On these designated segments on Charlotte Street and St. James Street, parking will only be permitted on the odd-numbered side of the street. No parking will be allowed on the even-numbered side.

On these designated segments on Sydney Street, parking will only be permitted on the even-numbered side of the street. No parking will be allowed on the odd-numbered side.

All other areas on St. James Street, Sydney Street, and Charlotte Street will continue to follow the regular alternate side parking regulations.

Vehicles are still subject to the two-hour on-street parking limit unless there is a valid residential parking permit. Any vehicle parked illegally may be ticketed.

The red line indicates the area where no parking will be enforced until the completion of this project.

Thank you for your cooperation as work begins on the new kindergarten-to-Grade 8 school in Rainbow Park.
