City of Saint John celebrates Clean Air Day with free transit

The City of Saint John is celebrating Clean Air Day on Wednesday, June 5 by offering free transit to riders to promote environmentally-friendly modes of transportation and raise awareness of this nation-wide movement.

Celebrated annually on the first Wednesday of June, Clean Air Day encourages Canadians to take action to protect the air they breathe. Saint John is one of 50 cities across Canada participating in the day. NB Lung, a non-profit organization that advocates for cleaner air and improved lung health, is leading the way on Clean Air Day in New Brunswick.
