Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 224 Anthonys Cove Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 10,869 square metres, located at 224 Anthonys Cove Road, also identified as PID 00336339, from Rural Residential (RR) to Rural General Commercial (CRG) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To convert the building into a wellness retreat.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
