Hickey Road closed due to watermain break

Due to a watermain break, Hickey Road from Bruce Lane to Simonds High School is closed to through traffic. Crews are working diligently to repair the watermain that has caused localized flooding on the roads.  Barricades and signage will be in place.

Please avoid the area. Your cooperation is appreciated to ensure everyone's safety.

Saint John Water customers in the area of Hickey Road and Heather Way may experience reduced water pressure.

City crews are monitoring the area and public updates will be communicated as required through the City’s Facebook and Twitter accounts.
