Free Passport to Parks Event Series Returns for Summer 2025!

Saint John is your ultimate summer destination with the return of the Passport to Parks program, packed with fun, free, family-friendly events, and you're invited to take part!

Join us for three exciting Passport to Parks events happening in City-owned parks throughout Saint John:

🗓 Event Schedule:

July 12 – Dominion Park

1:00–3:30 p.m. 

Feature activity: Chalk contest 

(Rain Date: July 13)

 

August 9 – Little River Reservoir

1:00–3:30 p.m. 

Feature activity: Rock painting 

(Rain Date: August 10)

 

August 23 – Rockwood Park – Lily Lake

Activities: 1:00–3:30 p.m. 

Fireworks: 10:00 p.m. 

Feature activity: Scavenger hunt 

(Rain Date: August 24)

 

Depending on the location, free events will feature live music, entertainment, water-based activities, and more. No registration needed—just show up and enjoy.

Passport to Parks supports Saint John Council’s Belong priority and the City’s PlaySJ strategic plan to enhance health, well-being, and quality of life for all ages through inclusive and engaging recreational and leisure experiences.
