PROPOSED HERITAGE BY-LAW AMENDMENT: FEES

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending the Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law (By-Law HC-1) at its regular meeting to be held by remote participation on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., by:

Revising language in Section 6 and revising Schedule K: Fees, affecting all properties designated as being in a Heritage Conservation Area as defined through Schedules A through J inclusive.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To provide adjustments to and the addition of required fees for work done in a Heritage Conservation Area.

The proposed amendment may be inspected by any interested person at the office of the City Clerk, or in the office of Growth and Community Services, City Hall, 15 Market Square, Saint John, N.B. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays excepted.

Written objections to the amendment may be sent to the undersigned at City Hall.
