PROPOSED SECTION 59 AMENDMENT RE: 11 Blue Rock Court

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday August 21, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. by:

1.  Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the September 2, 2008 rezoning of the property located at 11 Blue Rock Court, also identified as PID 00367144, to remove the maximum unit count.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the development of additional units in an existing building.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
