PROPOSED SECTION 59 AMENDMENT RE: 120 Carleton (PID 00037564)

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday April 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.

1.  Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on May 17, 1990 on the property located at 120 Carleton Street, also identified as PID 00037564, to remove the maximum bed count.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the development of additional beds in an existing building.
