Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday March 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. by:

1.  Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the January 6, 2003 rezoning of the property located at 1382 Hickey Road, also identified as PID 55007066, to permit further development.

 

 

 

 

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit further development of self-storage facilities.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
