Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE: 35 Water Street

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, January 9, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the January 24, 2022, rezoning of the property located at 35 Water Street, also identified as PID Numbers 55221881, 55235105 and 55235113, to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

Amend the conditions imposed on the mixed-use development, including changes to the phasing plan.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
