Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE: Lands adjacent to 2100 Sandy Point Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the April 6, 2021, rezoning of the property located adjacent to 2100 Sandy Point Road, also identified as PID Number 55238471, to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

Amend the conditions imposed on the development, including changes to the site plan, number of units and timeline for completion.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
