Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment RE: 49 Quinton Avenue

 

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, July 10th, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1,835.3 square metres, located at 49 Quinton Avenue, also identified as PID Numbers 55031827, 55031819 and 00402651, from One-Unit Residential (R1) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the creation of a 14-unit apartment building.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
