STREET CLOSING CHIPMAN HILL

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending "A By-law Respecting the Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways In The City of Saint John" at its regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. to permanently close the following street:

CHIPMAN HILL: All that portion of Chipman Hill, a public street in the City of Saint John, in the County of Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, comprising 11 square metres as shown on a Plan of Survey titled, “Showing portion of Chipman Hill, City of Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick,” prepared by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc. and dated March 28, 2022 attached hereto.
