Street Closing: Proud Road

PROUD ROAD

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending "A By-law Respecting The Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways In The City of Saint John" at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to permanently close the following street:

PROUD ROAD: All that portion of Proud Road, a public street in the City of Saint John, in the County of Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, comprising 26,820 square metres as described in Schedule “A” attached.   

The proposed amendment of the above described road may be inspected by any interested person at the office of the Common Clerk, City Hall, 15 Market Square, Saint John, N.B. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive, holidays excepted.

Written objections to the proposed amendment may be delivered to Mr. Jonathan Taylor, Common Clerk at:
