Traffic Advisory: Dorchester Street

The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption that will occur on Dorchester Street. 

Traffic detours will be in place for motorists and pedestrians. 

Street: Dorchester Street

Specific area: Between Union Street and Carleton Street

Date: June 18, 2026

Duration: One (1) day

Time: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Direction: In both directions.

Action: Closed to through traffic. 

Description of work: Asphalt resurfacing.

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers.
