2025 Commercial Façade Rehabilitation Award

2025 Heritage Awards acknowledge significant contributions to heritage conservation in Saint John

The 2025 Heritage Awards were hosted this evening at the Saint John Arts Centre. The awards were presented to property owners and tradespeople who have made significant contributions to the conservation of our City’s heritage buildings over the past year. Presented by the Heritage Development Board, this year’s award winners represent projects that include rehabilitated façades such brick and stone recovery, window repairs, refreshed colour selections and more.

The City of Saint John extends its appreciation and congratulations to all Heritage Award recipients for their important contribution towards growth and the preservation of some of the many historic properties throughout Saint John. They have contributed to ensuring that the buildings and homes that shaped us remain available for future generations.
