Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider the amendment to the Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, August 17, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m.:

To rezone the property having an approximate area of 1.5354 hectares, identified as portions of PIDs 55236491 and 00370973, from General Commercial (CG) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM) in the Zoning By-Law.

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To allow a proposed development of three new multi-unit residential buildings with 267 units, integrated commercial uses, and parking.
