  • Improving key transportation routes on a national trade corridor that handles daily train and truck traffic in our industrial city.
  • Enhancing rail and traffic flow and improving safety to support growth of the port, businesses, commuters, and residents.
  • Strengthening connections between neighbourhoods and reducing truck traffic in residential areas, improving quality of life.

Lorneville Land Transfer for Industrial Expansion

  • Unlocking land for large-scale economic development.
  • Attracting new investments that create jobs and bolster regional/provincial growth.
  • Coordinating with provincial partners to finalize the transfer.

Recreation & Community Spaces
