Department of Transportation advises of closure of Harbour Bridge

The City of Saint John has been notified that the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is advising the public of an upcoming temporary full closure of the Saint John Harbour Bridge.

On Wednesday, May 20, a brief closure between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., lasting roughly 20 minutes will require full closure of the bridge for jacking operations.

As delays are expected, motorists are advised to plan travel in the area around this work. The department appreciates the public’s patience during this time.
