We remain committed to a compassionate, coordinated, and people-first approach in addressing homelessness across Saint John. Here's the latest progress:

✅ Green Zones  

• 2 sites established: Egbert Street & Thorne Avenue 

• Egbert Street: 25 of 27 units now occupied 

• Thorne Avenue: 

• Site prep complete  

• Property officially handed over to 12 Neighbours  

• Unit arrivals began October 20

• Full installation scheduled ahead of welcoming participants on November 1

🚨 Red Zones & Framework Activation  

• 113 outreach engagements 

• 9 encampment relocations 

• 7 encampments cleaned 

• 7 encampments vacated
