By Law Number LG-13 A By-law Respecting the use of Sidewalks within The City of Saint John - Sidewalk Vendor Sites

Public notice is hereby given that The City of Saint John intends to hold a public auction for assignment of exclusive rights to sidewalk vendor sites in accordance with the “Use of Sidewalks By-law” and terms and conditions attached hereto at a special meeting to be held in the Community Boardroom at Police Headquarters located at 1 Peel Plaza, Saint John, on March 30, 2023.

Registration starts at 1:30 p.m. and the auction will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. Holders of valid Peddlers and Hawkers licences who are interested in obtaining exclusive rights to an assigned sidewalk vendor site are invited to attend.
