A By-Law respecting the Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways in The City of Saint John re: Sunnyside Avenue Right of Way

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending "A By-law Respecting The Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways In The City of Saint John" at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. to permanently close the following street:

Sunnyside Avenue Right Of Way: All that portion of Sunnyside Avenue, a public street in the City of Saint John, in the County of Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, comprising 8,007 square metres as shown on a tentative Plan of Survey titled, “Portion of Sunnyside Avenue, City of Saint John, Saint John County, Province of New Brunswick,” prepared by Hughes Surveys Limited and dated January 23, 2025 attached hereto.
