Proposed Amendment of Section 59 Conditions RE: 155 Sandy Point Road PID 55150700, 00023945, and 55150718

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider the amendment of the existing Section 59 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, July 27, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., by:

1. To amend existing Section 59 conditions imposed by Common Council in 1985 and 2000.

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To revise the existing Section 59 conditions that currently restrict the site to an auto body shop and expand the Section 59 conditions onto the adjacent properties at 151 and 159, and permit an additional legal non-conforming use for incidental vehicle sales.
