Urban Heat Mapping Project

REMINDER: Urban Heat Mapping Project next community session is on Friday, September 26

The City of Saint John is inviting residents to take part in its Urban Heat Mapping Project to better understand how extreme heat affects our neighbourhoods.

Our next community session will take place on Friday, September 26 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Harbourfront Extension. In the event of rain, the session will take place in the Market Square Theatre. This session will be led by Knowledge Keeper Elder Lapskahasit Cihkonaqc (Chris Brooks).

Your input will help identify hot spots and guide solutions like tree planting and shade infrastructure. Can’t attend? Share your feedback through the online survey at shapeyourcitysaintjohn.ca.

Let’s work together to keep Saint John cool and climate resilient.
