Temporary Lot Closures and Parking Interruptions – Sydney Street Parking Lot and Peter Street Lot

The City of Saint John and Saint John Parking advise motorists of temporary access changes at the Sydney Street Parking Lot (SNB) and the Peters Street Lot due to scheduled maintenance work.

• Sunday, May 3, 2026:
  The Sydney Street parking lot will be closed to all entry and exit traffic to allow for the removal of the entrance booth.

The upper portion of the Peters Street Lot will be temporarily closed while Public Works crews grade the laneway. There will be no access to the upper section during this work.

• Monday, May 4, 2026:
  Paving work will take place in the affected area. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic and assist parkers entering and exiting the lot. Temporary delays may occur.
