Traffic Advisory: McAllister Drive

The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption beginning Wednesday, August 13 on McAllister Drive. This closure is necessary to replace a key section of water infrastructure.

Businesses will remain open while the work is being completed.

Time: 24 hours a day

Direction: Both directions

Action: Traffic reduced to one lane in each direction

Specific Area: Between Mountainview Drive and Loch Lomond Road

Description of Work: Infrastructure installation/upgrades

On August 15, one northbound lane will be closed for one day at the Mountainview Drive intersection. From August 16 to October 5, one southbound lane will be closed from Mountainview Drive to Loch Lomond Road.

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers.
