The City of Saint John, in coordination with the Saint John Local Immigration Partnership (SJLIP), invites you to a delicious journey across cultures, right in your own backyard.

Join us for a flavorful adventure through Uptown Saint John and the City Market as we celebrate Welcoming Week with the Uptown Food Shop Hop Tour.

Explore Multicultural Groceries & Global Flavors

• Discover authentic ingredients and recipes from over 10 participating stores across Uptown Saint John and the City Market.

• Meet store owners and explore international cuisines, from Asia to Africa, Latin America to the Middle East.

• Special pop-up stalls in the City Market for vendors without Uptown storefronts.

 How It Works

• Pick up your FREE map and passport from volunteers at both entrances of the City Market during the event.

• Visit each store, get your passport stamped, and collect recipe cards to recreate global dishes at home.

• Enter to win one of our International Ingredient Baskets when your passport is complete!
