Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 400 Lowell Street / 459 Woodville Road PID 55246797 (formerly PID 00394940 and portion of 00471540)

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider the release of the existing Section 59 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, July 27, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m., by:

1. Rezoning on Schedule “A”, the Zoning Map of the City of Saint John, a parcel of land having an area of approximately 2.94 hectares identified as a portion PID 55246797 (formerly PID 00394940 and 00471540), from Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN) to Low Rise Residential (RL), as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To permit low-rise developpent in the form of 3-storey cluster townhouses.
