P.U.L.S.E.

PULSE is a grassroots organization serving the priority neighbourhood of the Lower South End. The association is an active participant in various community consultations, task forces, and committees to ensure residents have a voice.

Financially supported by the City of Saint John, PULSE provides year-round, free tax support for low-income residents. Programs and initiatives focus on food security and accessible resources, and supports for community residents.

  • Upstairs office space available for short or long-term rental
  • Lending library with an array of books from children to adults
  • Small kitchen upstairs (no oven)
