PULSE is a grassroots organization serving the priority neighbourhood of the Lower South End. The association is an active participant in various community consultations, task forces, and committees to ensure residents have a voice. PULSE provides year-round, free tax support for low-income residents. Programs and initiatives focus on food security and accessible resources, and supports for community residents.
