Dennis Morris Community Centre

Formerly a school, the Dennis Morris Community Centre was acquired by the community in the early 1980s. It serves as an emergency shelter and polling station and offers space for community gatherings, club meetings, and dance classes. The Centre is a popular destination for its regular Bingo events.

The Dennis Morris Community Centre is located in West Saint John.

Hours: Scheduled Events

Amenities:

  • Large multi-purpose room
  • Six small classrooms 
  • One full kitchen and two smaller kitchenettes
  • Handicap accessible parking lot, building, and bathroom. 
  • Multi-purpose field behind the building
  • Parking lots will hold up to 150 vehicles.

  • Some children’s activities provided on select Saturdays delivered free by Big Brothers Big Sisters.
