22 Sydney Street - By-Law Number HC-1 A Law to Amend the Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider giving third reading to the bylaw entitled, “By-Law Number HC-1 A Law to Amend the Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law” at its meeting of March 22, 2021.  

The proposed Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law would allow for contemporary architecture, designated as Tier Three developments, as site-specific by-law amendments related to 22 Sydney Street and would add Schedule P – Tier Three Developments and subsection 8.3.  

In accordance with the Local Governance Act, the bylaw will be read in summary only, if no member of Council objects.
