City crews responding to latest snowstorm

With another significant snowfall blanketing Saint John yesterday and overnight, the City Public Works crews are hard at work with a full snow clearing effort. Their efforts are focused and continuous, based on priority routes. We thank the public for their cooperation and patience as we work around-the-clock to clear all areas across the City.

Residents can help and are encouraged to continue to park off street when possible and follow parking restrictions. Clearing catch basins and drains around your property is also important.

A reminder that it is very important to keep children away from snowbanks near the roads and sidewalks when plows or snow removal equipment are operating.  Plows often have limited visibility and road conditions can make it difficult to stop quickly.  Please take precautions to keep everyone safe.
