City hours and service schedules for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

The City of Saint John reminds residents that City Hall, Rothesay Avenue and Adelaide Street offices will be closed on Monday, October 2 in honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Saint John City Market: Closed on Saturday, September 30, open for regular hours on Monday, October 2.

Saint John Transit: Regular service, no change.

Garbage collection: Garbage collection will continue. For updates on compost and recycling schedules, please visit www.saintjohn.ca.

Please note: When National Day for Truth and Reconciliation falls on a weekend, events remain, as always, on September 30 but the statutory holiday this year will be recognized on the following Monday, October 2, 2023.
