City launches performance dashboard to track progress on Council priorities

The City of Saint John has launched a Performance Dashboard to share performance data and progress being made in achieving Common Council’s 2021-2026 priorities – Grow, Green, Belong, Move, and Perform.

“The Council Priorities Performance Dashboard is an important step forward in helping us understand where we are today and how we’re tracking towards our future strategic goals,” says Kevin Fudge, City of Saint John Chief Financial Officer. “It puts transparency and communication at the forefront and will help us identify areas where we need to take action to ensure the long-term growth and prosperity of our community.”

The Performance Dashboard is an ever-evolving resource and measures will be updated regularly with new ones being added as they are developed. Currently, the public can view insightful data and progress on annual population growth rate, new construction assessment growth, affordable housing initiatives, grant utilization, greenhouse gas emissions reduction, details about park improvements and more.
