Department of Transportation advises of traffic disruptions of Harbour Bridge on Monday June 15

The City of Saint John has been notified that the Provincial Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is advising the public of upcoming temporary full closures of the Saint John Harbour Bridge.

On Monday, June 15, two brief closures between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., lasting roughly 20 minutes will require full closure of the bridge for jacking operations.

DTI has also notified the City that traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction starting at 3:00 p.m. as contractors prepare for the full closure.

As DTI will also be conducting one lane closures on the approaches to the Saint John Harbour Bridge on Monday June 15, delays can be expected and motorists are advised to plan travel in the area around this work.
