Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 615/631 Loch Lomond Road Portion of PID 00317248

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider the amendment to the Zoning By-Law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, August 17, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m.:

To rezone the property having an approximate area of 9413.87 m2, identified as portion of PID 00317248, from Mid-Rise Residential (RM) to Business Park Commercial (CBP) in the Zoning By-Law.

REASON FOR CHANGE: 

To allow a proposed development of a 5-storey hotel and associated parking, accessed from Loch Lomond Road.
